If you are not enrolled in ACEP's EFT certification program, the following steps MUST be completed before registration/attending
  • Meet the eligibility requirements

  • Complete 25 hours of practice with Tell the Story Technique (TTS) as it was taught in the PS1 workshop.

    We have attached TWO FORMS for your use: (print now!)

    • One form is to help you document your TTS sessions in detail for your own records
    • The second form is to document your TTS practice hours and mandatory to send back to us!
    • Please print and fax back to 484-418-1019 by Friday, May 8th. You can also scan and email to You will not be able to attend the workshop until this step is completed.

We strongly recommend the monthly coaching calls to help you refine your skills. The more solid your foundation with Tell the Story Technique, the more you will get out of the PS2 workshop.

This advanced three-day workshop builds on the skills learned in EFT PS1 to help you:

  • Become more effective with purposeful setup and reminder language, and learn tools for more challenging circumstances, such as maintaining privacy, minimizing emotional pain for high intensity events, and working with issues the client can't articulate.

These tools include:

  • Movie Technique
  • Tearless Trauma Technique
  • Chasing the Pain

Additionally, this workshop will help you:

  • Become more effective with purposeful setup/reminder language
  • Learn methods to find / treat all aspects (including hidden aspects) of an issue for lasting results
  • Discover how to identify cognitive shifts in your clients
  • Learn effective ways to evaluate your work and produce more permanent results
  • Improve your use of the Personal Peace Procedure

With an energizing, interactive format, this workshop is designed to accommodate all learning styles so that you can integrate the material effectively.


  1. Name three common challenges in using Tell the Story Technique with clients
  2. Identify the four options for Setup Language
  3. Choose Setup Language to be more specific in tapping rounds
  4. Choose Setup Language to be more global in tapping rounds
  5. Use Setup Language to minimize emotional pain on an intense event
  6. Adjust the Movie Title to avoid targeting high intensity details
  7. Apply the Movie Technique to a Specific Event
  8. Determine Setup and Reminder language without knowing details of the story
  9. Clear intensity from individual crescendos without knowing details of the story
  10. Apply Tearless Trauma Technique to a Specific Event
  11. Use Setup Language to keep the client detached from a highly traumatic event
  12. Deliver Tearless Trauma Technique instructions so that the client reports a guess of intensity
  13. Apply Chasing the Pain to a Specific Event
  14. Target physical sensations in detail with the EFT Basic Recipe
  15. Conduct Say This tests to evaluate results and find new Aspects
  16. Conduct Vivid Visualization tests to evaluate results and find new Aspects
  17. Use Tell the Story Technique as a test to evaluate results and find new Aspects
  18. Measure Tabletops at the beginning and end of a session

Trainer - Michael DeMolina, MS, LPC-S, DCEP, ACAP-EFT, is a rare breed of trainer who understands and practices energy work and psychotherapy in breadth as well as depth. Michael is a diplomate in comprehensive energy psychology and a ACEP certified advanced practitioner of EFT. Michael is chairman emeritus of the National Qi Gong Association and was selected as a National Expert in Qi Gong and Tai Chi by the University of Illinois.  He is also a nationally certified master addiction counselor and a master practitioner and trainer of neuro-linguistic programming. He served in the US Army for four years as a behavioral science specialist.

This workshop provides 18 hours Continuing Education Credits for psychologists, social workers, counselors, marriage and family therapists, nurses and more. CE DETAILS

Due to CE requirements from all major professional organizations including the APA, no CE certificate for the entire workshop can be given if a person selects to leave prematurely unless prior arrangements have been made with the lead trainer.
