Join us for a 4-week study & discussion group on energy psychology techniques that will help you
• Reduce stress and overwhelm • Increase focus and efficiency • Overcome procrastination! • Enhance creativity and optimism
Are you interested? Complete this form or contact Nina Giglio, SJU psychology major, at acepintern@gmail.com. This group will be limited to 10 students and will take place during the spring semester in Jan/Feb 2015.
Overview: 10 SJU undergraduates will meet for four weeks in the SJU approved study group. The group will be led by licensed psychologist and ACEP Executive Director, Dr. Robert Schwarz. Dr. Schwarz has been using energy psychology approaches in his clinical work and teaching others to use them for self- care for the past twenty years.
Together we’ll explore common stressors faced by undergraduate students and the effects of stress on quality of life and academic performance. We will also learn and discuss energy psychology self-help protocols and explore how you can use them to increase resilience and alleviate the stress that can make it difficult for you to achieve your full personal and academic potential. By filling out this form you are expressing interest in participating in a four week study/discussion group on energy psychology protocols for reducing college stress. Filling out the form is the first step in the process, but does not guarantee you a spot as there are only 10 spaces. We will be communicating with all potential participants in the study no later than December 15, 2014.
