ACEP - Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology

Humanitarian

Mission

Share energy practices and resources to promote safety, connection, happiness, health and resilience around the world.

Projects

  • Resources for Resilience website highlighting powerful and effective self-help techniques which can assist those experiencing the adverse effects of trauma, violence, and natural disasters.  Site includes videos and downloadable pdfs in English, Spanish, and Portuguese; other languages are in progress.

  • Emotional First Aid Training This free online training prepares you to take energy psychology to your community. It includes PowerPoint presentation; training videos; tips for creating successful community outreach; videos demonstrating each technique; and digital downloadable brochures. Access the training here. Want to help spread the word about EFA? Contact Sara Whittall. For mentoring on using the series, contact Amy Frost or Kristin Miller.

  • Mind Body Tools for Children  Stress and anxiety among young people have grown to alarming proportions. Energy psychology programs can easily be integrated into classroom learning so that: 1) students are more ready to learn and 2) these approaches become a whole-person resource that can be used throughout the lifecycle.

Learn how to share simple, mind-body tools that help children feel calm and resilient. You'll learn how to share these methods with groups of children - in classrooms, day care centers and other organizations. You'll get hours of training videos, handouts, a guide for introducing energy psychology into schools and so much more.
