Bob was appointed to the position of Executive Director in September of 2008. Prior to this he was on ACEP's Board of Directors for three years. During that time he served as the Conference Director, while also helping steward many of ACEP's key initiatives focused on improving operational and financial aspects of ACEP. He designed ACEP's Science of Energy Healing Online Program as well as spearheaded ACEP's revamped EFT Training program. 
 
He is a licensed psychologist and coach in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and is author of Tools for Transforming Trauma (2002), Posttramatic Stress Disorder: A Clinicians Guide (1991), and We're No Fun Anymore: Helping Couples Cultivate Joyful Marriages Through The Power of Play (2011). 



From 1989-1996 he was president of the Institute for Advanced Clinical Training, where he organized 11 conferences on trauma, Ericksonian Hypnosis and Brief Therapy, training over 10,000 therapists. He is a clinical member of AAMFT, an approved consultant for the ASCH and is diagnostically trained in TFT and is a diplomate in comprehensive energy psychology. 

Bob has presented numerous workshops internationally on energy psychology, Ericksonian therapy and treating trauma. He has numerous videos including: The neuroscience of the effectiveness of EP and Energy Psychology as a brief approach for Treating Trauma. He balances work with writing songs and playing guitar in a rock-and-roll band and he is 1/2 of the acoustic duo, the Keynoters, who performed at ACEP conferences in 2014-2019 and the 2015 IONS conference.

Pam has been committed to ACEP for many years. She joined the ACEP Board of Directors and was Chair of the ACEP Membership Committee from 1/1/13 – 12/31/18. She was asked to join the Board again and became President Elect on 1/1/22 and starting on 1/1/23, she became President of ACEP. She received her Masters in Social Work in 1985 from Arizona State University. She got her SW License from the state of NJ in 1987 and became licensed in CA in 1990. Pam has been performing Clinical Social Work for 38 years, working in agencies and private practice. She specializes in helping people with PTSD, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues. She loves doing psychotherapy with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Pam has always been on a quest to find the best techniques to help people for her whole career. With that intention, she first found Neuro Linguistic Programming in the early 90’s and was Certified by Roger Callahan in Thought Field Therapy in the late 90’s. Then she eagerly took as many trainings as she could in EP like EFT, TAT, BSFF, etc. 

Pam is a co-creator with Sandi Radomski and Tom Altaffer of an EP technique called Ask and Receive. She teaches and presents Ask and Receive internationally and offers on-line courses. The three of them are in the process of writing a book. Pam, also with her husband, developed an effective system for couples that uses EP to address relationship issues.

Cynthia joined ACEP in 2013, and comes to us with an extensive background in marketing, communications and member development. She has worked in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. For over 25 years Cynthia has also maintained a private practice, helping clients live with greater clarity, inspiration and peace. In addition, she is an artist and singer. Leslie joined ACEP in early 2009. She handles most administrative aspects of ACEP's trainings, conferences and ACEP's CEP certification program. She is the magician behind making sure annual conference registration goes smoothly. Leslie has a Business Degree from Penn State University.
