Sarette Zecharia, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and the founder of Lighthouse Psychology and its doctoral internship and fellowship program in Integrative Pain and Energy Psychology. She is dedicated to helping individuals heal from pain and trauma and build a more fulfilling quality of life through an integrative, mind–body approach. Dr. Zecharia works with patients worldwide and lectures internationally on energy psychology, chronic pain, trauma recovery, and the connection between nutrition, mood, and well-being. Her clinical focus includes chronic pain, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, dream work, and holistic approaches to emotional and physical health. She earned her Ph.D. from Pacifica Graduate Institute and holds advanced certifications in Gestalt Therapy, Nutrition for Pain & Mood Management, Ayurveda, Mental Health and Nutrition (CMNCS), Integrative Mental Health (CIMHP), and Comprehensive Energy Psychology (DCEP).
