I’m a clinical psychologist licensed in New Jersey with 32 years of experience. I’ve been practicing Energy Psychology for over 15 years and have a Diplomate in Comprehensive Energy Psychology. I’m certified in Heart Assisted Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Comprehensive Energy Psychology (CEP), and use Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine. As the founder of Soul Sanctuary, I work with women invested in their own healing and personal transformation. Using an integrative approach that incorporates energy psychology, mind-body techniques, and psycho-spiritual therapy, we work together to heal the traumas of the past, strengthen resources, and create a meaningful way of living. I enjoy teaching classes and retreats to empower women to reconnect deeply with themselves and practically apply these many techniques in everyday life. I work in person and online for New Jersey. Outside of New Jersey, I provide Soul Guide mentoring if that supports your healing journey.
