I believe the relationship between client and therapist is essential to successful therapy. That's why I promise to bring my warmth and gentle compassionate presence to our sessions. I am open minded, flexible, and collaborative in my approach. Together we will explore issues to promote growth and healing in a non-judgemental and safe space. I enjoy working with men and women of all ages around a variety of issues, including trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, depression and anxiety.
