I, too, have experienced how stress, trauma, or survival strategies can temporarily disconnect you from your core. My personal transformation path—from healthcare, international life sciences executive, entrepreneur, turn-around manager, international consulting to professional coach—led me to Energy Psychology and, in recent years, especially to Logosynthesis®: a powerful, integral method that dissolves tension with gentle precision and creates space for peace and clarity. This experience formed the basis for Timeless Coaching®, a place where change is not forced but arises naturally – from silence, awareness, and presence. My mission as a coach? To guide people on their way back to their Essence (Original Self). Because sometimes growth is not about working harder, but about daring to let go and choosing peace in the storm. With more than 35+ years of practical experience in leadership, turn-around management, (executive) coaching and healthcare, I combine professional expertise with deep experiential knowledge.
