Hello, I´m a Portuguese Psychologist (Specialized in Clinical and Health Psychology), an Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner (EEM-AP) and a Faculty Member on the Eden Energy Medicine Certification Programs. After graduating as a clinical psychologist, in 2005, I had the privilege of working for over 10 years with cancer patients and their families, and to this day I continue to be fascinated by the relationship between body, mind, and spirituality, with a particular interest in the way emotional distress impacts both physical and mental health. My passion is to integrate innovative approaches, like Energy Psychology and Energy Medicine, with other standard psychological and medical practices, to promote health and well-being. I have been sharing this holistic, client-centered therapeutic approach in private practice since 2006, in both English and Portuguese, in the beautiful and sunny Algarve, the southern region of Portugal.
