I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and and EFT practitioner with AAMET. I am also a meditation teacher and MBSR mindfulness baised Stress Reduction practitioner. I have just opened a new shop in London where I will be seeing clients. I first came into contact with energy psychology when I did a training with DR Phil Million and went on to complet his 3 day training in psychoanalytic energy psychotherapy. I have also done 4 days in DEH training and completed EFT acreadtion with AAMET.
