Over the past 16 years, I, Shemina Asaria, have successfully provided counselling play therapy both 1-1 and group for children, general and specialised adult and parent psychotherapy, parenting groups as well as setting up and leading emotional and therapeutic support services in schools across 3 London boroughs. In addition, I now provide extensive specialised counselling both in private practice and as a volunteer. My experience has had a firm grounding of continuous training in humanistic counselling, integrative child psychotherapy and play therapy, as well as neuropsychological techniques and energy psychology techniques.
