Shemina Asaria MBACP : Over 25 years experience as a Specialist Counsellor and Psychotherapist. In addition, she is highly trained as a Brainspotting Practitioner, Energy Psychology Practitioner (multiple modalities) Past-Life regression Hypnotherapist (PLRH) and Sound Therapist. During this time, Shemina successfully set up and ran school counselling and emotional support services in 11 schools across 5 boroughs in London and Greater London, United Kingdom. She provided play therapy both 1-1 and groups, running a drop-in service and parenting groups. In addition, she provided extensive clinical supervision for work undertaken by counselling trainees from multiple Universities and training institutions. She also offered leadership training and support services for teachers and parents. Currently Shemina runs a private practice working extensively online (and some face-to-face work) with adults, teens and children in the UK and across the globe.
