I am a Carlsbad-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in both California and Colorado, deeply passionate about empowering others to find their inner peace and self-worth. My therapeutic style is warm, grounding, and compassionate. I practice a holistic, body-centered approach to therapy, integrating energy psychology, transpersonal psychology, and somatic methods to support healing on multiple levels—mind, body, emotions, and spirit. In my psychotherapy practice, I specialize in supporting teens and adults through relationship and attachment challenges, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, and life transitions. I work best with thoughtful, growth-oriented clients who are ready to take responsibility for their healing journey. If you are someone who values self-reflection, accountability, and meaningful change, we may be a good fit. My aim is to guide you deep within yourself, helping you get to know all your parts—their fears, needs, and desires. Often, healing comes by gently turning toward the parts of you that have been hurt in the past. My focus is on helping you love and accept all parts of yourself, no matter your symptoms or struggles. I also work alongside my trained therapy dog, Arlo, who can offer gentle presence and grounding during sessions if you choose. Arlo helps create a calm and safe atmosphere, making it easier to regulate emotions and feel connected during our work together. My approach blends relational therapy with experiential methods such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping), somatic awareness, parts work, meditation, and mindfulness practices. Together, we engage your whole being—body, mind, emotions, and spirit—in a process of healing, integration, and transformation. I offer both in-person sessions in Carlsbad on Mondays and Thursdays and Telehealth sessions for residents of California and Colorado Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I currently work with teens and adults and am in-network with Optum/United Healthcare and Aetna insurance programs. For out-of-network clients, I provide Superbills to assist with insurance reimbursement.
