My work centers on creating spaces where deep healing and transformation can occur through the integration of energy psychology, inner heart healing, and conscious ascension practices. I support individuals and professionals in moving beyond symptom management into root-level change by working with the nervous system, subconscious patterns, and energetic alignment. With a background in substance use treatment and lived experience with complex trauma, mental health healing, and recovery, I bridge clinical knowledge with intuitive and holistic approaches to support lasting transformation and expansion. I offer therapy services, clinician and agency trainings as well as immersive whole person reset retreats.
