Maria LiPuma’s healing journey has inspired her passion and her offerings. She is an EFT Master Practitioner & Trainer and Matrix Reimprinting professional, supporting clients to overcome: * Weight & body image struggles * Addictive behaviors * Chronic stress & anxiety * Blockages to success, health, and happiness in all areas of life. Her struggles with addictive behaviors, especially around food, weight, and body image, have led her to this work. Energy Psychology Techniques, including EFT Tapping, have enabled her to achieve emotional equilibrium and triumph over chronic problems. This personal growth inspired her to study a variety of Energy Psychology Techniques in depth. From her personal and professional background, she brings an informed, focused, gentle, empathetic, and often intuitive understanding of the pain and struggle of clients. She teaches heart-centered stress management techniques and practical steps that empower people to prevail over stress, overwhelm, and struggle. She is grateful to be able to help her clients access their own inner strength and innate wisdom. They overcome problems and move forward in creating their happier, more fulfilling, and purposeful lives.
