Alfred Heath is a Virginia Licensed Professional Counselor, National Board Certified Fellow in Clinical Hypnotherapy (NBCCH), and Certified NLP Practitioner through the MidLantic Institute of Neurolinguistic Programming. He holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, and brings over three decades of experience in integrative psychotherapy, clinical hypnosis, and energy-based healing modalities. Alfred has dedicated his professional life to helping individuals and practitioners unlock the the natural human capacity for wellness. Alfred is widely recognized as a leading authority on Be Set Free Fast (BSFF). Individually and as the training partner for over a decade with the creator of BSFF Dr. Larry Nims, he has trained and mentored thousands of therapists, coaches, and holistic professionals in applying BSFF ethically and effectively in clinical and transformational settings. His approach blends elements of energy psychology, NLP, clinical hypnotherapy, guided imagery, mindfulness, and interoceptive awareness while grounded in a deep respect for the client’s inner wisdom and capacity for self-healing.
