My ideal client may be you. I enjoy working with veterans, adolescents, justice-involved people, individuals suffering grief, and people wrestling with change that accompanies stages and hard realities of life. Combining trauma-informed mental health counseling with educational empowerment, I help people address the root causes of their challenges, build emotional resilience, and develop essential life skills. With compassion, I foster a sense of hope, personal accountability, and the potential for meaningful change. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington and Florida. I am a pastoral counselor who believes that the sacred and the spiritual are integral to who we are and how we walk our walk. I earned a master’s degree in pastoral counseling from Loyola University in Maryland and a doctorate in education from Northcentral University.
