Leadership development, through to the personal impact of cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, Andrew’s focus on wellness supports people in a range of personal and professional settings. He was the founding coach within a cancer coaching service at the Fountain Centre, a charity located in St Luke's Cancer Centre at the Royal Surrey NHS Trust. The impact of this service has been recognised by NHS England who are using the service to develop UK National Standards for coaching in cancer. Recently, Andrew discovered he was dyslexic and is passionate about supporting approaches to create equity and a sense of belonging in organisations.
