About

I have been a certified EFT practitioner since 2020. Through the Tapping Training Institute, I completed EFT Level 1 , 2, and 3, Matrix Reimprinting, and Tapping Out of Trauma. In addition to being an EFT Tapping Coach, I am also a certified Rolf® Structural Integration practitioner and have a thriving bodywork practice in Missoula, MT. These two professions compliment one another as they are both focused on nervous system regulation and physical and emotional balance and well-being. Additionally, I earned my B.A. from Wellesley College and my J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
