I started my practice with the pure and simple intention to help others. Walking the journey with clients to find happiness in their work, relationships, and life is my sacred mission honoring the emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers of each individual. My path has been shaped not only by formal education as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), but by real-life challenges, growth, and transformation. Energy healing is something that came to me as a child. Learning how to trasmute and move it in sessions became an integrative experience. These experiences allow me to meet others with genuine empathy, insight, and non-judgment. Healing is not linear, and I hold space for the challenges that come with personal evolution. Integrating therapy-informed practices with energy work allows me to offer a holistic perspective and approach. What this will look like is exploring patterns of thought and behavior, while also tuning into energetic imbalances and the broader cycles influencing your life. Interwoven modalities become tools for self-awareness and timing, while energy work supports alignment, release, and restoration.
